WATERMELON SALAD WITH BASIL AND KARIKARI
Ingredients:
1 small sweet watermelon
1 bunch fresh basil
couple glugs of good olive oil
crunchy flake salt
KariKari
Process:
Remove rind from watermelon and cut into large but bite-sized pieces
Place watermelon chunks onto a nice platter
Drizzle watermelon with olive oil and sprinkle with crunchy flake salt
Top with scoops of karikari
Garnish with fresh basil leaves
